CNC Machining Service

JAMINDO is a professional service provider of CNC turning and milling. We have been in the industry for more than 10 years, with experienced staff and advanced equipment.

JAMINDO CNC Machining Manufacturing Service

We are a professional product design and CNC machining service provider in China. We use high-precision CNC machining equipment to design and manufacture your products by ourselves rather than outsourcing to other factories, so our quality control is very well controlled.

CNC Milling Service

Our team of skilled CNC milling experts can provide you with high-quality and precision CNC milling services for all types of metal materials such as aluminium, steel, brass, copper and other nonmetallic materials such as POM plastics.

CNC Turning Service

One-off production or small batch cnc machining production; prototype or mass production; simple or complex geometry; standard parts or customized parts; our company can meet your needs under any situation.

Our Ordering Process
Step 1: Submit your project details

We will contact you to discuss the details of your project. We need to know the specs of your part and how much material you want to remove.

Step 2: Design and 3D Print

We will design your part in SolidWorks or AutoCAD. We can also use our own CAD software if needed. We will then 3D print a prototype for you to approve before we send it off for CNC machining.

Step 3: Send us your parts for CNC machining

Once approved, we will send you the files for machining and ship them to us. We will machine the parts on our CNC machines using tooling steel.

Step 4: Testing and Shipping
After machining, we will do a final inspection of the parts to make sure they meet your requirements. We will then ship the parts back to you.

CNC Machining Parts On Demand

Our CNC machining services are fully integrated with our 3D printing capabilities. We can turn your 3D model into a solid, tangible prototype that you can hold in your hand. If you have an idea for a new product, we can create a prototype to help you realize it.

Rapid Prototyping

We offer rapid prototyping services for all types of industries including automotive, medical, industrial, and consumer electronics. We have the capability to manufacture prototypes in small quantities using different materials such as metal, plastic, and rubber.

Rapid Tooling

JAMINDO provides rapid tooling services for both small and large-scale production requirements. We help you with your tool design, build, and verification process to ensure a smooth transition into full-scale production.

End-Use Production

We offer end-use production services for parts ranging from simple plastic enclosures to complex metal housings or intricate functional assemblies. Our efficient production processes allow us to produce high volumes at low costs while maintaining quality standards across all projects.

CNC Machining Materials

Metal: Metal is the most common CNC machining material. Whether it’s a solid block of metal or a sheet of metal, we can machine it for you using our CNC machining service.

Plastic: Plastic materials are also very common in the manufacturing industry and they come in many different colors and shapes. We can machine plastic to be used as parts or fixtures for other parts and fixtures.

What’s More: We can also do other types of machining such as milling molds for casting parts or making patterns for molds (jigs). We can also do molding of wood, rubber, and plastic materials using injection molding machines (thermoforming). Other types of materials include: wood, stone, glass, concrete and ceramic tiles.

CNC Machining Finishes

The most basic finish that we offer is as-machined. This is the raw material directly from the CNC machine with no further processing. We recommend this option if you are looking for a raw, industrial look.

A process that uses abrasive media to remove material from the surface of your part. The end result is a matte finish that resembles a rusted steel appearance. This finish can be used on any metal surface and offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as wear resistance.

An electrochemical process that oxidizes the surface of aluminum or other metals to create a hard, abrasion-resistant coating. The color of our anodized parts will vary depending upon what color you choose but can be made in any color from black to bright colors like red, blue, and green.

A very durable finish that can be applied to steel, aluminum, and other metals. It has good corrosion resistance and it can provide a wide range of colors and textures for your part.

Applications of CNC Machining

Frequently Asked Questions

CNC machining is an extremely accurate process. It results in high-quality products that are extremely consistent and reliable. You can also expect to see a significant increase in your productivity as compared to manual machining processes.

CNC machining is more expensive than manual machining processes, but the benefits far outweigh the costs. The cost of a CNC machine will vary based on its size, features, and capabilities. However, if you’re making parts that need to be very precise or have tight tolerances, then it may be worth your while to purchase one of these machines for your facility.

This can vary based on how large your order is and what kind of materials you’re working with but typically it takes about 3 days for us to machine your parts after we receive them from you. We will send them back once they are finished so that you can inspect them before we ship them out again (unless otherwise requested). In some cases where we work with very large orders, we may need more time than this.

We have more than 50 professional CNC machines in our workshop and we can help you with any custom CNC machining project you may have. 3D printing service, injection molding service and sheet metal fabric service are also included.
